spud! 101: the short course If you've had a Pioneer delivery since February 1, all of your product preferences for Pioneer Organics will have been transferred to your new spud! account. On the spud! website you'll find familiar options, and a few new ones as well. Want to get started on our account? Here's how. Logging in First go to spud.com, then enter your: Code/Email: Use your email address. Password: Enter the password you had for your Pioneer Organics account. That should get you in. Personalizing your produce box Now that you're logged in, Choose the "Go Shopping" tab Click on Fresh Produce Next, click on Fresh Harvest Box Preferences On this page you'll be able to choose the value of your Fresh Harvest Box. Tell us your preferences, from apples to zucchinis. Do you want them every week or every other week? Rate each produce item on a 5 point scale from Always to Never. REMEMBER to click Update Preferences before you change pages. The produce items in you bin will be based on these preferences and the value you have chosen for your box. Note: If you add somehing to your Produce Standing Order, it will be in addition to what you have ordered in your Fresh Harvest Box. Updating your recurring items list To see which items you already have on your order, check the Standing Order tab. You can also browse our wide range of products and add what you'd like to Your Cart for your next delivery. To add items to your Standing Order Adding items is easy, just click on the Add to standing order link below the quanity box. In the pop-up select Customize and then choose the quanity and the week you want it delivered. 2 ways to edit your Standing Order You can edit as you look at products. Click on the Edit standing order link below the quantity box, or You can can go to the Standing Order tab and edit items there. View by Product and change the numbers as you like. Remember to Update. You can adjust your order as many times as you like. All adjustments need to be completed by the deadlines for that delivery. If you have any questions That's it for the short course.
